Cabernet Sauvignon en primeur deliveries will be charged nine months prior to shipment on July 1st. This date also acts as the cutoff date for any en primeur orders. Any subscriptions after this date will be placed for the following years vintage. Between the en primeur cut off date of July 1st and the shipment date of May 1st the Cabernet next due for release will still be available for pre-order at our online store for a Membership exclusive price.

General FAQ

Woodlands Membership packages and additional orders include free shipping Australia wide on all deliveries.

International deliveries will incur shipping charges.

$0 Initiation fee / $0 Cancellation fee.

No extra fees here. You only pay for the wine that is delivered directly to your door. Suspend or cancel your subscription without penalty fees.

Simply sign in with your email address and password and click on ‘Account’ (Under your Subscriptions) it will show your active memberships.

No, unfortunately we do not allow wine swaps. However you can order extra wines, at exclusive membership prices, at anytime from our online store. And remember, all purchases from our online store will help you accrue points towards your next upgrade!

If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Or you can email us here to place your order on hold and have it sent with the next order. Simply log in and edit the shipping details for current shipment.

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging into your account, selecting ‘My Account’ in the top right hand corner and editing the shipping address under your active subscription.

Yes, you can suspend your subscription for 12 months. You will receive any wine you have already paid for, but your account will be put on hold for the next year of packages. You can do this by contacting us by email here  or phone (08) 9755 6226.

Yes you can, however, you are committed to your subscription in annual blocks. This is due to the fact that each package varies slightly in value. You can cancel your membership after receiving the yearly shipments for the package you have chosen. You can do this by contacting us by email here or phone (08) 9755 6226.

Your package will be shipped within 3 working days from the first of each shipping month. Depending on your location, you should receive your wine within a week. You can track your package via Australia Post with the tracking number you received via email.

We ship all domestic orders with Australia Post. You can track your wine with the tracking number you received via email here.

We use DHL for almost all our international orders. To track an international shipment please email us here and we will check the ETA of your wine.

If your order is faulty, damaged, is not what you ordered or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return. Please contact us by email here or phone (08) 9755 6226.

Upgrades FAQ

Your account will be credited points for any purchases made from the 1st of May 2020.

Unfortunately no, all purchases that earn points must be made directly from Woodlands Wines; either via our website, over the phone or at the cellar door.

You can earn points by referring a friend (100pts), purchasing wine ($1000 = 100pts) and by holding an active membership for two years (100pts).

Every 100 points will earn you an upgrade on your next delivery or bonus wine. You will also receive one upgrade for every two years you hold an active Membership.

If you hold more than one active Membership, we will be in touch to see which Membership you would like to upgrade when you reach 100 points.

No, you only earn points on additional orders, not the annual cost of your Membership.

No, you will automatically receive an upgrade on your next delivery or your bonus wine right away!

Yes! If you purchase an additional Membership now, you can use your own name in the referral field upon checking out and we will credit your account 100 points!

When your friend purchases a new Woodlands Membership on our website, they just need to enter your name in the referral field upon checking out (or let us know in the cellar door) and you will automatically receive 100 points. Please note, these points may take up to 24 hours to appear on your account.

Keep in mind, points after referring a friend or making a purchase can take up to 24 hours to appear on your account.

Yes, for example, if you spend $2000 then your next two deliveries will be upgraded.

Sign into your account, click on “My Account” in the top right hand corner and then click on the tab labelled “Upgrades”. You will see a breakdown and total of your current points.

No, shipping costs do not earn points.

Yes! All bonus wine sent within Australia are shipped free of charge!

We will send your bonus wine with your next membership delivery and only charge you freight for the wines included in your membership. Or if you prefer, you can purchase extra wine and we can include your bonus wine with your online order. We’ll be in touch when you reach 100 points.

The Cellar FAQ

The cost of your membership cellar is $36 per year billed once annually. This will be charged to the same card as your subscription – unless we are notified otherwise. No hidden handling fees.

The payment will occur at the same time as your subscription payment is billed. However, if you are already a member and you sign up for the “cellar” option after you have already had your annual membership payment billed, we will only charge you pro rata till your next payment is due.

$0 initiation fee/$0 cancellation fee. Suspend or cancel your cellar option at any stage without penalty fees.

Set handling fee of $12 when wines are retrieved from your cellar.

Of course, it is your cellar after all!  You can access your wines all year round, we will just require 5 days’ notice to access the wines for you. Either phone or email us which wines and we will get them ready for you, to post or for you to collect in person.

There is a set $12 handling fee each time your wine is retrieved from the cellar.

Your wine will be stored in a secure, temperature-controlled environment especially for wine. If your wine is under cork, we will have these stored correctly for you.

You can cellar as much as you like at no extra charge to your annual fee.

Whenever you choose to store wines with us your membership ID, full name and address will be assigned to your wines.
