What’s in the box

Wine! The wines included in each package are determined prior to each mail out and will be listed in the pre-shipment newsletter as well as on the packages page. All Membership holders will receive tasting and technical notes allowing you to experience and understand your wine. The cards are a way to keep track of what you've tasted, as well as retaining your personal tasting notes, and are perfect for anyone keeping a wine journal.

Shipping costs

Woodlands Members Club packages include free shipping Australia wide on all deliveries. International deliveries will incur shipping charges. Shipping costs will be calculated on checkout.

Billing details

Your credit card will be charged prior to the dispatch of each package. You will receive a reminder email to let you know that a payment will be made shortly.

Most packages will be charged 10 days prior to shipment, however, the Cabernet Sauvignon en primeur deliveries will be charged nine months prior to shipment on July 1st. This date also acts as the cut off date for any en primeur orders. Any subscriptions after this date will be placed for the following years vintage. Between the en primeur cut off date of July 1st and the shipment date of May 1st the Cabernet next due for release will still be available for pre-order at our online store at full price. Please see below for an exact outline of payment dates for each package.

$0 Initiation fee / $0 Cancellation fee

No extra fees here. You only pay for the wine that is delivered directly to your door. Suspend or cancel your subscription without penalty fees.

Membership FAQ

Which package did I sign up for?

Simply sign in with your email address and password and click on ‘Account’ (Under your Subscriptions) it will show your membership type.

What wines will be in my shipment?

The wines included in each package are determined prior to each mail out and will be listed in the pre-shipment newsletter as well as on the packages page. The wines included in each shipment are subject to change due to the availability of each vintage.

Can I choose the wines for my shipment?

Choosing which wines to buy, can be a difficult task, so we have done the hard work for you and carefully put together some exceptional packages. However, should you wish to purchase specific wines, additional purchases or changes can be made at any time online. As a Woodlands Member you automatically receive 15% discount off the public price of all standard wine formats, plus exclusive access to a range of wines including large format magnums and museum stock not available to non-Members.

I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Or you can email us to place your order on hold and have it sent with the next order. Simply log in and edit the shipping details for current shipment.

Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging into your account and editing the shipping address.

What other special benefits do I have as a Woodlands member?

As a Membership holder you have privileged access to a range of wines including all standard wine formats, large format magnums and museum stock not available to non-Membership holders. As a Membership holder you will also be the first on the list for all upcoming Woodlands events. In addition you automatically receive 15% discount off the retail price. You will also receive tasting and technical notes, along with cellaring information, to ensure your knowledge and friendship with your wines is complete.

I forgot my Membership number… How do I find it?

Log in to your account and you will be able to view it under "Your Account/view" and it will show in the right-hand sidebar.

Can I suspend my membership?

Yes, you can suspend your subscription for 12 months. You will receive any wine you have already paid for, but your account will be put on hold for the next year of packages. You can do this by contacting us by email: membership@woodlandswines.com or phone: (08) 9755 6226.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes you can, however, you are committed to your subscription in annual blocks. This is due to the fact that each package varies slightly in value. You can cancel your membership after receiving the yearly shipments for the package you have chosen. To do this please contact the team at Woodlands by email: membership@woodlandswines.com or phone: (08) 9755 6226.

Can I swap the wines included in my packages?

No, unfortunately we do not allow wine swaps. However you can order extra wines, at exclusive membership prices, at anytime from our online store. And remember, all purchases from our online store will help you accrue points towards your next upgrade!

Membership Upgrades FAQ

Do I earn points for my previous orders?

Your account will be credited points for any purchases made from the 1st of May 2020.

Do I earn points if I purchase Woodlands wines from another merchant?

Unfortunately no, all purchases that earn points must be made directly from Woodlands Wines; either via our website, over the phone or at the cellar door.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by referring a friend (100pts), purchasing wine ($1000 = 100pts) and by holding an active membership for two years (100pts).

How many points do I need to earn an upgrade or bonus wine?

Every 100 points will earn you an upgrade on your next delivery or bonus wine. You will also receive one upgrade for every two years you hold an active Membership!

What if I have multiple Memberships?

If you hold more than one active Membership, we will be in touch to see which Membership you would like to upgrade when you reach 100 points.

Do I earn points on the annual cost of my Membership?

No, you only earn points on additional orders, not the annual cost of your Membership.

Do I need to do anything when I reach 100 points?

No, you will automatically receive an upgrade on your next delivery or your bonus wine right away!

If I purchase an additional Woodlands Membership, can I refer myself?

Yes! If you purchase an additional Membership now, you can use your own name in the referral field upon checking out and we will credit your account 100 points!

How do I refer a friend?

When your friend purchases a new Woodlands Membership on our website, they just need to enter your name in the referral field upon checking out and you will automatically receive 100 points. Please note, these points may take up to 24 hours to appear on your account.

I am missing points? What now?

If you believe you are missing points please get in touch at membership@woodlandswines.com. Keep in mind, points after referring a friend or making a purchase can take up to 24 hours to appear on your account.

Do points roll over?

Yes, for example, if you spend $2000 then your next two deliveries will be upgraded.

How can I see the balance of my points?

Sign into your account on our website using this link: https://membership.woodlandswines.com.au/login/ Once logged in, click on “My Account” in the top right hand corner and then click on the tab labelled “Upgrades”. You will see a breakdown and total of your current points.

Do I earn points on the cost of shipping my order?

No, shipping costs do not earn points.

Is the freight free on my bonus wine?

Yes! All bonus wine sent within Australia are shipped free of charge!

I am an International Membership holder. Do I need to pay shipping on my bonus wine?

We will send your bonus wine with your next membership delivery and only charge you freight for the wines included in your membership. Or if you prefer, you can purchase extra wine and we can include your bonus wine with your online order. We'll be in touch when you reach 100 points.

Non-Members Store FAQ

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within WA is free. All other domestic orders are charged at a $20 flat rate per order. International deliveries will incur shipping charges. International shipping costs are calculated on checkout.

Woodlands Membership packages are delivered free within Australia.

I am done shopping. What now?

Within the site, you should see a cart icon at the top of the page, usually found on the right side. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the Checkout page, where you can check your items and quantities, and then proceed to complete purchase.

When will my items arrive?

Your package will be shipped within 3 working days from the first of each shipping month. Depending on your location, you should receive your wine within a week. You can track your package via Australia Post with the tracking number you received via email.

Can I track my shipment?

We ship all domestic orders with Australia Post. You can track your wine with the tracking number you received via email here:

We use DHL for almost all our international orders. To track an international shipment please email: membership@woodlandswines.com and we will check the ETA of your wine!

Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?

Certainly. All wine needs to be signed for unless specified. Please let us know if you’d like the courier to leave the wine in a particular place in the notes section when you check out.

Problem with your delivered products?

If your order is faulty, damaged, is not what you ordered or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.
